Reservation of one of our vehicles

Customer can reserve a car before viewing with a fully refundable £100 reservation deposit. This can be made by card over the phone or bank transfer. Please contact us to arrange a reservation and viewing.

Test Drives

Please bring your driving license. It is advisable to book so we can ensure car is ready.

Deposits up to £500 can be made by debit or credit card. Deposits made after viewing the car are non-refundable.

Remaining balance to be made by bank transfer within 7 days before or on collection day of your vehicle.

Finance can be arranged in the showroom or on our website. Please bring your driving license.

Collection Procedures

We can tax your vehicle for you on collection. We can either set up a direct debit or pay by card direct to DVLA for 6 / 12 months - whatever you choose.

We will register your vehicle with DVLA for you - normally done online and printed for your records.

If you have a part exchange, we must have the current V5 so we can inform DVLA online and then print for your records.

Part Exchange

Please bring your V5 registration document

We can take part exchanges with outstanding finance but will need you to get an up-to-date settlement figure from your finance company

Please also bring any service history, spare key, locking wheel nut, parcel shelf

Please note we do not operate an organised distance selling scheme as defined by The Consumer Contracts (Cancellation, Information and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Therefore, even if you choose to not view your vehicle at our premises prior to purchase, you will not be entitled to cancel your order under any 14-day cancellation period. All other statutory rights remain unaffected
