PCP Deals for Cars

PCP stands for Personal Contract Purchase; this finance product enables you to make monthly payments for the depreciation of the car as-opposed to the full balance. A deposit is optional and the flexible terms put you in the driving seat. PCP allows you to usually finance a highly value item or at least better make/model that you would have been able to afford with more traditional methods of car finance. However, it's important to understand that you receive lower monthly payments because the last payment (commonly referred to as a balloon payment) is reserved for the end of the agreement.
